Super Dry Lager –
Super Dry Lager • 5% ABV
Crisp, and super dry with subtle complexity that makes for the perfect pairing with food. While maintaining an incredibly drinkable body, this beer is a floral masterpiece.
- Hops – Magnum grown in Germany
- Malts – German pilsner malt, Vienna malt, American grown rices
- Yeast – Czech lager yeast
West Coast IPA • 7% ABV
Brewed in the West Coast tradition, this IPA packs a tropical and fruit forward hop profile. With a firm, yet restrained bitterness, this beer is aggressively hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
- Hops – Citra and Mosaic grown in the Pacific Northwest
- Malts – Canadian 2 row and rolled oats
- Yeast – California Ale Yeast
Italian Pilsner • 4.6% ABV
Crafted from a discerning blend of Eraclea Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts, our Italian Pilsner features bright malts, subtle hops, and a crisp finish.
- Hops – Magnum grown in Germany
- Malts – German pilsner malt, Vienna malt, American grown rices
- Yeast – Czech lager yeast
Citrus Wit • 5% ABV
Refreshing and vibrant, our Citrus Wit is the perfect blend of mediterranean coriander and Californian citrus. Sipped on its own or paired with food, this beer is a vibrant tribute to our California heritage.

Washingtonia robusta, known more commonly as the Mexican fan palm, Mexican washingtonia, or Skyduster is a palm tree native to the Baja California peninsula.
These iconic 100 foot skinny palm trees line our streets and dominate our skyline. They are tall and numerous. So ingrained into the landscape of our city, it’s easy to forget they’re everywhere among us. Unless you take a beat… and look up.
